- Colorado Plumbing Contractor Registration: #PC.0005836
- Legal entity: Underhill Services LLC, Thornton, Colorado
Why Colorado requires this on our website
Colorado licenses plumbers and registers plumbing contractors through the State Plumbing Board at DORA. Under C.R.S. 12-155-125, after June 30, 2025, plumbing contractors must show their contractor registration number and their responsible Master Plumber's license number on their vehicles, billing materials, bid sheets and website. It lets you check who you're hiring.
How to verify a license
Use DORA's online license lookup and search by name or license number. It shows whether a license is active and what type it is.
Permits
Much plumbing work, including water heater replacement, needs a permit from your city's building division. Permits come with inspections, which protect you. If you're not sure whether a job needs one, ask us.
Something leaking, dripping or cold?
Call and tell us what's going on, or pick a time online. If it's not something we handle, we'll say so.
