Privacy policy
We collect the information you send us and limited information about how the site is used. We use it to respond to you, do the work you ask for and improve our advertising. We don't sell it.

This policy covers the website for Underhill Plumbing Services, operated by Underhill Services LLC in Thornton, Colorado ("we," "us").
Information you give us
When you book online, send an urgent request or send a message, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your address and ZIP code, what you need, any notes and any photo you upload, and your contact preferences. When you call or email, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use the tools below to understand how people use the site and to measure our advertising. They may use cookies or similar technology and collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived (for example, which ad or search you came from).
- Google Tag Manager, which loads the other tools
- Google Analytics, for site usage statistics
- Google Ads, to measure calls and requests that come from our ads
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure and target our Facebook and Instagram ads
- Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising, for usage insights such as heatmaps and to measure Bing ads
When you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we note the campaign details (such as UTM parameters and click IDs) for that visit and attach them to any request you send, so we know which ads work. We never send your name, phone number or email address to these analytics and advertising tools through our site.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you choose. The cookie banner lets you accept, reject, or pick analytics and advertising separately, and you can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We use Google Consent Mode, which tells Google's tools what you chose. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
Our online forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell real visitors from automated spam. It runs in the background without a puzzle. When you use a form, reCAPTCHA collects information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and how you interact with the page, and sends it to Google to produce a score. We use that score only to decide whether to accept the request and whether to send it to our phones by text. reCAPTCHA is needed for the forms to work, so it isn't controlled by the cookie banner; if you'd rather not use it, call (303) 472-4368. Google's use of this information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Form data
Requests sent through the site are delivered to us by our form provider (Netlify Forms, or another provider if we switch) and kept in that account and in our email. Urgent requests may also be sent to our phones by text message through our messaging provider. Online bookings may create a tentative entry on our scheduling calendar. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our form, spam protection, email, text messaging, scheduling, analytics and advertising providers) and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Keeping your information safe
We keep it secret. We keep it safe. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
